ClearSeis is a registered business name of Deep South Consulting Limited (Company No. 806942, registered in Ireland; registered office North Point House, North Point Business Park, New Mallow Road, Cork T23 AT2P, Ireland). What this website collects

This website has no analytics, no advertising or social media trackers, and sets no cookies (see cookies). Fonts and images are served from this website; pages do not load content from third-party services.

If you use the enquiry form on our contact page, the details you enter (your email address, any optional details such as name, organisation and project information, and your message) are sent to our business mailbox by email so we can respond. The form does not store your enquiry in a database. To prevent abuse, the server keeps a one-way hashed form of your IP address for up to one hour to limit repeated submissions; it is then deleted.

Server logs

When you visit the site, our hosting provider's servers automatically record technical information such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser type and the referring page. This is used to deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose faults. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

When you contact us

If you email or phone us, we use your name, contact details and the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a possible engagement. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting engagement, and longer only where we must keep it for legal, accounting or contractual reasons.

Who we share data with

Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, which processes this data on our behalf under its data processing terms. We may also share information with professional advisers, or with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decision-making.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and, where applicable, to receive it in a portable format. Contact us at solutions@clearseis.com. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
